Dudley is reentering the slowpitch world by introducing the Dudley Lightning Legend bat. With three different types of bats in this line, Dudley is making it easy for each player to find a bat specific to his or her style of hitting.
What makes this bat stand out against other competitors? The answer is simple, the innovative “Grip-Spin Technology”. Grip-Spin is a slightly sticky coating that has been approved by the SSUSA (senior league), which covers the bat from the barrel down to where it meets the grip on the handle. Essentially, this material allows the ball to grip to the More >
Back in September, I posted about the new, custom glove builders that were added to the website. Since then, only Wilson and Rawlings gloves have been available to customize to each player’s specifications. Well, we are happy to say that Mizuno will soon be joining the custom glove family! We are slated to have the Mizuno glove builder up-and-running by the end of this month!
With Mizuno coming into the mix, there are seemingly endless options to choose from when designing the perfect glove for you (or your kid, or a friend, or loved one- the list goes on!). As baseball and More >

Every day is one day closer to the release date of the DeMarini CF6 Paradox Composite Baseball Bat- the brand new line of baseball bats from DeMarini. I am sure that DeMarini fans are as excited as ever for this new bat, especially since DeMarini has ramped up the technology and applied completely new and different materials. Seeing as the CF5 is one of the most popular and technologically advanced composite bats on the market, DeMarini has set a pretty high standard for itself. Well, the CF6 is sure to meet and even exceed that standard and those expectations. And while we can’t let you More >
For every manufacturer, there are two basic designs for bats- single piece or two-piece. A single piece bat being made of one single material from the handle to the barrel, and two-piece bat having two separate pieces connected or fused together. These options have been the running standard for both composite and composite/alloy bats for years……UNTIL NOW…
Introducing, Tru3 technology by Louisville Slugger — THE NEWEST 3-PIECE BAT DESIGN! Yep, not one.. Not two.. But THREE pieces!
360 composite – this composite is thinner, which allows for more layers resulting in a stiffer handle. The stiffer the handle, the more solid the contact when it More >
At HomerunMonkey.com we have got some exciting news about the upcoming line from DeMarini! But before we get into the details of the latest, let’s refresh with a little background information…
Earlier this year, DeMarini released its latest update to the VooDoo line- the VooDoo Paradox. DeMarini completely revamped this bat with an upgraded alloy for the barrel and composite for the handle. Previously, the 2013 VooDoo was made up of SC4 Alloy and TR3 Composite. When the 2014 VooDoo Paradox was designed, they upgraded the barrel to their X10 Alloy and handle to their Paradox composite. This combination created their top-of-the line, More >
They’ve dipped into the world of all wood bats, but DeMarini is best known for their composite material prowess. The new CF6 baseball bats coming for 2014, is a cut above the CF5 and CF5 LE from last year and DeMarini is excited as ever to introduce their latest technology. Check out what DeMarini has in store for their CF6 Composite Line!
Barrel: Paradox Composite
They’ve taken the Paradox Composite material used in the 2014 Voodoo Paradox and moved it on up to the barrel. These advanced fibers allow for a serious punch against the incoming ball with an enhanced sweetspot.
